TCS Karachi has lost my original attested documents on December 9th 2023. TCS have kept me waiting in the name of investigation and claim and now TCS has declined my claim. I am a private school teacher and can’t afford the cost of 72000 of duplicate documents. I am providing the TCS the undersigned schedule of charges from university registrar to pass my claim so I can get my duplicate documents. It is the negligence of HEC who has hired the TCS as its courier partner. I can each every required document to support my claim but I don’t have enough money to sue against TCS.
