I sent my parcel from Lahore to RWP via TCS H block DHA, Lahore branch on march 3rd, 2020. I was told by the TCS person that my parcel will reach very next day however today is Mar 5, 2020 and my documents have not yet reached.
My parcel includes legal documents which are highly confidential and important and if they will be lost, i would be in alot of trouble. Yesterday at 4th march 2020 i launched complain that my parcel hasnt yet reached and they promise me that parcel will reached on 5th of Mar before 10 o clock. My complaint number was Ticket#3433142. Again TCS didnt sent my parcel which is so much disappointing for me. Then I call to TCS today on 5th March and again they said that we are sorry and your parcel will reach by 6pm. Now its 8.30Pm and my parcel is not yet reached.
This is highly unethical and miscommitment and lie from TCS which is effecting me and my career. I want contact details of higher officials like Directors so that i can reach them for my documents because again documents are so much important for me and how you people are supposed to speak lie with customers because we pay high amounts for your services. YOUR PARCEL WILL REACH TODAY, TOMORROW, IN HALF HR, IN ONE HR. Is it TCS or a small grocery store who is speaking lie again and again??
Please dont say that your documents will reach by tomorrow because i have suffered alot because of you people and your miscommitment.
I need help and contact numbers of higher officials.
