Tcs rider called me for once,i could recieve the call at that moment but instantly i called him back after 17 mins exactly, he said he will call me back to confirm the address at that moment he was riding his vehicle. Again i called him in evening to confirm about my parcel and tried to ask him may i pick the parcel directly from the office because at the time of booking i mistakenly typed my home address wrong i wrote ghar gardens despite of ghauri gardens but he didnt bother about it and behaved rudely and stated that i returned the parcel back. These details are of same day on which he called 21/10.
There was a time when tcs rider use to call various time if something happens like this or they use to call us to locate exactly. But now they are very busy they dont bother to call again.
