My TCS was scheduled for delivery today. I especially had my mother sit at home today. at 4:30, there came a message that TCS person came back because no one was home. That’s a complete lie. I called my mother to check. She said, bell rang many times but no TCS person came.
1. called to complaint 11:00 pm, first operator answered and agreed to change address to my office since my mother couldn’t be home tomorrow. then after noting address, he hung up.
2nd attempt- same operator Ashraf picked up.. Hung up on me saying ” awaz nai a rai”
3rd attempt – Operator said, apki shipment address change nai ho sakta since complaint department main chali gye hai request. and again disconnected the line
All other attempts. ” jawab masool nai ho raha”
I have a history of ordering stuff online. every time, scheduled things arrive except for TCS.
the no on the shipment is for a reason. Call and check.
all this hastle is for no reason. just because the delivery person was stupid enought to just turn away and go without calling the no. to confirm.
