I have submitted a parcel of documents to Tcs dir upper on 19-08-2020 at 11:00 am. The said parcel should read to haripur till 5pm 20-08-2020. The Tcs office ensured me that it will reach within 24 hrs but reached at 21-08-2020 where the time was expired and returned back my Parcel. Two DDs of Rs500 and Rs 260 shipment charges has been made by me.
It is requested that kindly take action otherwise I will file FIR against the concerned authorities.
