On 26-07-2022, the complainant went to the TCS courier services Thatta branch, made a shipment addressing the delivery address i.e Hyderabad/Jamshoro, while mentioning the Name and Phone number of the consignee.
On 27-07-2022 at 09:13 pm the complainant received a text from TCS services wherein acknowledging that the consignment has been received by one Akbar.
It is submitted that Akbar is not the actual consignee, the complainant today i.e 28-07-2022 received a telephonic call from the actual consignee where the complainant got informed that the consignment has not been received by them yet. On the first instance the complainant moved to the TCS Thatta branch and narrated the above facts and requested to resolve the issue as the consignment was containing the important documents and are very much necessary to submit such documents before the due date.
The branch manager of the Thatta branch of TCS made his efforts to resolve the matter but could not succeeded, finally suggested to file an online complaint before the competent authorities.
Hence this complaint with following prayers.
PRAYER.
It is hereby prayed that the issue mentioned above may kindly be resolved and the consignment may kindly be delivered at the actual address/consignee.
Necessary actions may kindly be taken against the respondents.
