Today my shipment (# 4762953865) has been delivered to someone who is not authorized to receive it on behalf of me. The name written on the envelope is Farhan Shahzad and the person to whom the shipment has been delivered is Omair. I do not know the person who has received my shipment. Due date for submission of this envelope is tomorrow. So, I am informing you to solve this issue as soon as possible so that I get my shipment till tomorrow at 9 am. Waiting for a positive response from you.
