Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your knowledge that yesterday one parcel received with tracking no. 772626681511 COD Rs. 1550 which I have never order as I was at office my family received it mistakenly as they mention my name and cell no on parcel therefore after open this parcel we shock to see some teared hoodie inside the parcel this is shocking for us.
They mentioned cell and email ID which is wrong / incorrect I many time call to them but I though this is totally fraud kindly immediate stop their payment and refund to me as well as take strict action to them.
Appreciate your prompt response in this regard.
