AoA.I want to complain against Telenor network.I have been using this network since quite a few years and i have noticed that everytime i recharge my telenor account they deduct my balance saying”ap standard rate per internet istemal kr rhe h”eventhough i use WiFi and never turned on my mobile data.I’m extremely annoyed by this.
Yes, I am also facing same issue, i contacted 345, they said you used data even i never used data because i use wifi. i asked to forward call to their higher authority he transferred but no one picked. no they didn’t solved that issue, now the last option is to complain on pta.
