hi.i sent amount of 10,000 to mcb account of my friend.i received msg of successfully transferred to mcb account.but amount not updated in mcb account.i complained my times they your issue wil be resolved with in 4,5 working days but now after 4 months my issue not resolved.plz tel me what should i do
