Telenor representatives misguide us on call such as they claimed during calling that there is no charges of using atm card of Telenor. Then they deducted 500 Rs. from my Easypaisa account without any notification. I noticed on second day that my easypaisa balance deducted for atm card fee. I emailed Telenor to cancel my atm card and pay back my 500 Rupees but they did not responded me. See attached screen shot. I can provided many screen shots of my emails also to Telenor. It is worth mentioning that Telenor claims that Telenor App is free of cost but they deduct balance when we use Telenor App.
