I used my internet bundle today between 8:50-9:00am i check my internet bundle via my telenor app it shows my above 130 mb data then i get free 20 mb from wow box and the balance in my account is rs 55
In the meanwhile i download which should be consumed 20-30 mb i know that because i download milli nagma 2 days ago and it consumed just 20 mb.
Now what happen to me in just 1 sec a message come from telenor that you consumed internet in standard rate my download was just 50% completed but i suddenly turn off the mobile data in just 2 sec then i again go to telenor app it shows 0 mb and 0 balance…….?
How this appen i really disappointed because from 4-5 months i used telenor but never this happen!!!!!!
Now i like refund my 55 rs and 150 mb…..
In the meanwhile i hate telenor……..
And want to never use it again….
