Different Digital Services are being added (Recently UGZ)on my account without my Request/permission.If problem will not be resolved I have to change the Network with all my FNF numbers.

Telenor is adding UGZ subscription service without permission and request. I already had removed this service from my account but when I added Balance then the service is automatically subscribed.
Did you complaint by visiting Telenor office?
Make some protest and be loud.

Internet inki company kaaa itna gandoo gandooo K yaqeen jano Din mein To mandi bahaudin district mein 30 se100 kbps Speed Hoti hai or raat. 12 se. Subah 6 am tak kuch thik warna baaqi all. Time Yeh heee Gandu Network….
Me also facing this issue. That is sudscribed without my permission.
I have faced the same issue (UGZ addition without permission) Telenor deducted Rs. 30 from my account without any notification or permission from my side & when I complained on their customer complaints portal, they bluntly said that no such deduction is made from my account which is a plain lie mishandling of a customer.
Telenor was a great provider but over the past year it has constantly been going towards the ‘worst provider’ and this way they will be losing high number of customers.

Ugz is activated with out my request how can irefund my balance
Same issue with me. Ugz subscription has deducted 25 rupees from my balance with informing me. What is this? How could you deduct balance for any subscription without taking our permission.
UGZ offer give me 75 rs loss . telenor active UGZ offer on my 3 Sim’s without my permission . hi cheat customer like a nawaz . disel mariam . shehbaz and zardari

Kal mara bal 28 ta subha utha to dakha 3 RS.haram khori ki b had Hoti hai.without my permission 25rs kat KY active krde.
Balance sim me rakhny ki ghalti kr do bs kisi na kisi bhany sy blance ko zeero kr dyna hota hy network walo ny. jab k ap k pkgs net wagera k already hoty hyn us k bawajood b khud ba khud sy pkg active kr dijaty hyn or internet service itni thaki hoi dy rahy hyn k toubah…. Bilawaja ye ugz pkg active kr dia gaya ye ab kon sa manhoos pakg agay jo khud hi active hogaya hy? Banda 20/25 rupy emergency k liye b sim me nahi rakh sakta.. tab hi to sb ye network chor kr chaly jaty hyn.. har jaga lotery bethy hoey hyn awam ko satany k liye
Yeh offer hai kia.. Or keun lag jati hai khud hi sara balance khatm kar dia yeh kia bakwas hai… Koi sharm karo telenor walo haram khaty ho phly hi itna…
