Telenor Pakistan has added UGZ service on my Telenor Account / SIM without my Request, Permission and Consent. UGZ service has 25 rupees charges on Weekly Basis. I’m not alone victimized by this unwanted Telenor Digital Charged Service, many other Telenor users have been suffering from this silent theft from Telenor Pakistan. If problem will not be resolved, then I have to change the Network with all my FNF numbers. Kindly look into this serious issue and take a strict action against it.
