Dear Concern,
I have an issue regarding the balance deduction each time I recharge my phone number from last few months, I also called your so called customer care department but they are keep on holding me & ask me to call after 45 minutes but when I call after 45 minutes they are keeping busy & in the end I reach my calling limit in your call center & unable to call you again.
