Subject: Complaint Regarding No Network Signal
Dear Telenor Customer Service,
I would like to bring your attention to an issue that I have been facing. The Telenor network signal in my area has not been working for quite some time. Due to this, it has become very difficult to make or receive calls and use the internet.
Details:
The network is extremely weak or often completely unavailable.
Calls frequently drop.
Internet speed is almost unusable.
Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible so that we can use the service properly.
