Dear sir / Madam,
I am a retailer using number 03493500238. I mistakenly send Rs. 1,000 instead of 100 hundred to number 03455434959 vide ID number 0818080526124924 on 18 Aug 2017. I try to return my amount but didn’t success. Then i visit telenor frenchize at Par Hoti Mardan and three time complaint to customer service centre but they didn’t respond me and cut my call for the reason that your voice is not clear even i was calling from telenor frencize.
I am a small retailor and the Rs. 1000 is huge amount for me.
