Easy card
Dear sir,
I renewed my telenor easy card of Rs.600 on 13th August 2018. My previous package expiry was also on 13th August. On very next day i.e. 14th August, my previous package free mins, Sms, data mbs lapsed and not carried farward as previously in practice.
Kindly investigate the matter and guide me in this regard.

It is very disappointing that every week Rs 35 are deducted from my balance in the name of Gamebox without my consent… no other option but to change the network.
