1- I have following Sims in my name duly verified by PTA.
0341-4470701 / 0345-4347775 / 0346-4447711
Currently I am using 03414470701. The rest two r being used casually. Most of the time they remain unused. Now all the Sims are not functional. Yesterday I got a aduplicate sim from a frenchise against my No 03464447711., because the same was lost some time times back. First I called the help line. The answer was : Have no balance. pl get it recharged. When I tried to re-chrge there was a message on my mobile screen :operation failed pl contact help line. or Result unknown. I could not make call without balance. Today I went to the franchise and briefed about my problem being faced by me. They lodged a complaint with Telnor after verifying thje Sim biometerically. I have been told it will take 96 hours to get the Sim recharged. When a Sim is already approved by the PTA and is activated why so much delay on there part. The customer can not wait for so long. I was really disappointed on their reply. I have already decided to stop using Telenor Sims. Pl look into this and address the issue immediately otherwise I will stop using Telenor Sims.
2. I have been living in cantt area near Army Golf Country Club. The Network signals in this area are very poor. It difficult to listen the in comming/out going calls. My Location is Main Jalal Street Bahar shah Road Al Faisal Town, Lahore cantt. The signal quality of other Net works is much better than Telenor. So pl conduct a survey of the area and resolve the issue forth with. Hope to hear from U very soon. Now all the Sims r not functional. I have instered Sim No 03464447711 just to check when it will be fonctional.
