Dear Telenor,
I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention the unauthorized balance deduction by Telenor Pakistan from my mobile account. My Telenor mobile number is 03416985543, and I have been a loyal customer of Telenor for the past few years.
It’s not a one-time issue, I’ve been experiencing it for years but I kept ignoring it. For example, on May 4th 2023, I received an SMS notification from Telenor Pakistan, informing me that my balance was less than Rs. 10 and I had Rs. 32 before that. I had activated an internet package and only used it for a minute or so yet they deducted Rs. 25 from my mobile account without providing extra services or any other admissible reasons
I would like to request your office to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against this matter for the unauthorized balance deduction from my mobile account. It is not only a breach of trust but also an unlawful act that should not be tolerated.
I hope that my complaint will be given due consideration, and I will be provided with justice and relief from this situation.
