I booked tezz with a drop off location, driver name is javed majeed.. he was just 1 min away when I booked this ride but he took a wrong way and arrived at my destination after about 10 to 15 min and then told that he is getting late for Namaz e jumma and said that he cancelled this ride and went from there. Then we went through public transport. He was lying that he cancelled our ride. We are waiting for cancellation of ride from their side but he was not cancel our ride and then we cancelled that ride and paid charges for their mistake. Soo bad experience from careem captains..
