The news went viral on printed media and on social media about the court’s decision on June July fees charged by the private schools. The tireless efforts of some brave parents bore result, but it was all a wake of eye. The private schools continue to charge the June July Fees putting the order in trash. I recieved June july fee chalan from my son’s City School with payment deadline of 10 days. I was deeply shocked on the defiant attitude of the City School Management. Perhaps the City School management is a bigger giant with more power and authority than our courts. Or perhaps the courts in our country just represent mere signing authorities with no reality check on the implementation or followup of its order. For how long the courts’s jurisdiction will be just the four walls of their AC ventilated offices. We as parents turned towards the higher doors for a solution, for relief. Such a broad daylight mockery of our systems and of our law. Repeatedly several complaints have been registered in newspapers on the noncompliance of the order but……can anyone help.
