I Shanza Khalid D/O Khalid Mahmood , CNIC [36202-4365014-0], Cell no 03059431969,I saw an advertisement on Instagram from an account/page named “Travelism Hub Pvt Ltd” regarding group tours to Naran Valley.That I contacted the operator via Instagram/WhatsApp no 0339-4047635 and booked 3 seats. He demanded 50% advance payment and confirmed departure for 8:00 PM on 10.07.2026 from Farid Gate, Bahawalpur.That in good faith, I transferred Rs. 15,000/- on 09.07.2026 and Rs. 8,000/- on 10.07.2026 total Rs. 23,000/- from my JazzCash No. 0305-9431969 to his Easypaisa Account No. 0339-4047635.
Transaction IDs: 717097366150 & 717157565862. Copies of payment receipts attached.That on the day of departure, the accused stopped answering calls and messages and did not show up. It is clear that the accused had no intention to provide service and cheated me to obtain money.That I have already served a Legal Notice dated 10.07.2026 to the accused demanding refund within 2 days, but he failed to comply. Copy attached.
Kindly be registered against the accused “Travelism Hub Pvt Ltd” and Easypaisa Account Holder of 0326-4047635, and strict legal action may be taken. The accused may be arrested and my amount of Rs. 23,000/- be recovered along with compensation for mental torture.I will be responsible for the correctness of the above facts.Dated: 10.07.2026
