Tcs office staff carelessly declared customer address N/A., without contacting me.. i went to the office to collect my package, but my parcel wasnt there and they made me wait for 20 minutes..Then for 3 days they kept on saying we will deliver at your address but they didnt… after a struggle of 4 5 days i got my parcel..Also they dont pick your calls, one has to call them 20 times.. pathetic staff behaviour
