On 26th June 2020, my mother sent me a parcel which contains very important documents. The parcel was to be delivered to the Italy. I need the documents urgently. But due to the negligence of your representatives, I didn’t receive my parcel yet. I have very short time because i Have to submit my documents in the University. The deadline is approaching. I am getting late for this. I can miss the submission which can result in a huge loss. I am writing this email for the second time. I request you please take a serious action. next day i track my parcel detail on TCS website.. but there was destination origan was change
