I have complain against UBL Bank melody branch Islamabad and UBL Bank square Aslam market branch Wah Cantt. I have salary account in UBL Bank square Aslam market branch Wah Cantt since 2011 to onward my account is 010401154435 my CNIC # is 3740681149805. I am a Government Employ and working in FIA HQ,s Islamabad and my salary chain is from AGPR . I am facing salary transfer issue and several times I launched complaints regarding this issue in UBL since i have my salary account but this issue has been not resolved and UBL always credit my salary after three days i.e. 3 to 4 date of the month. Due to which i always pay my bills with late fee . Now when i call them they don’t pick up my phone and if picked they sure me that they resolved my issue with in 1 or 2 days and this is my practice of every month .
Keeping in view all this aforesaid statement it is requested that a strict and quick action against such Bank flaw may please be taken and I don’t know how much other people are suffering with the same problem .
