My ATM card was captured by the UBL ATM machine at South City Hospital, Clifton, Karachi on 18 December 2016. After repeated requests the UBL Bar BQ Tonight branch Clifton informed us that they have sent the card to their ADC department on 7th of January 2017. Mr. Zeeshan Qazi of your ADC department was requested to please return the card to our bank but no action has been taken even after laps of one month. Details of the ATM card are given below:
