Sir;
I have to visit ATM of said bank on 23/11/2017 at 1750. My card was capptured. Today(24/11/17) i visited the said branch at 0915.During my visit your saff member namely Hafiz g(as your manager called him with this name) humilated me. Even that person was misbehaving with other laymen. That was embarrsing and a question mark on good will of UBL. Hopefully you will address the issue and respond me as well.
