Unfortunately Agha Sb legacy is no more in UBL, Yesterday I Need Just 40 Thousand Rupees Urgently, Mostly I use this account for my pocket money so mostly cash withdraw through ATM . Yesterday 14 March 2017,I prefer Cash Withdraw through Cheque instead of ATM. I Prefer UBL instead of Meezan Bank Account because I thought UBL have big network where I can easily access my account and withdraw my money but when I visit UBL Branch Near Quaid-e-Azam Interchange G.T Road Lahore. Where I found very insane environment. I collect my coupon from machine & wait for my turn. When approach to the counter where I give her my cheque, she replied system is not working, Sign not match, Give your ID card photo copy etc. All these people trying to escape me from their Branch without withdrawal my money after wasting my important time they finally refused to accept my cheque. Here I just mentioned that if the Branch has not enough capacity to fulfill the needs of their customer why it is open to make fool people in the name of reputable Bank. Customers don’t expect you to be perfect. They do expect you to fix things when they go wrong.
