Dear Team,

My UBL Card and Cheque were sent by Bank and TCS don’t deliver them to me at the mentioned address although they called me and said to receive them from the office. I visited four times and they didn’t deliver it to me and continuously misguided me about the office timing and about system issues. it is their responsibility to deliver on the mentioned address and if they can’t at least they should give me when I went office many times. All the staff at the Sahiwal office is non-professional and misbehaving all time whenever I went there. They sent my parcel back as I need it very urgently. What kind of this service is? My dispatch id is: 31507463325

Can you please look into this matter? Why they are misguiding people and teasing them. I really ery disappointed with this nonprofessional behavior of TCS.

    I ordered my book two times and the only thing I received was a deduction sms. No call, no tracking, and on calling helpline I was told that its delivered to my address. In reality what they did is that they just printed my book, deducted my money and parceled it to my branch directly which is in a far away city to make sure I don’t get it in time
