This Thursday 18 -05-2017 time near to 2:pm i was go to UBL city branch at tower karachi .about my atm debit card ,which is lost .i blocked him temporary from call center .i tell all that to ubl staff i forget his name .he said to me to call call center and blocked permanent.i said ok .i call to ubl call center .the phone banker ask verification from me i gave all verification then she said to me to give phone to ubl staff .i said to ubl staff phone banker want to talk .then his reply so bad i wait him for 10 minute but he didnn’t talk .phone banker disconnect the call .i call again again phone banker requred all verification and said give phone to ubl staff but he still same reply i said tell me other person ,then other person i busy i dont talk know.im at 2 clock in branch but dont be reply positive and my card not block permanent,and i dont able to new card .so the ubl city branch behaviour is very bad from four days i am saying that i want new atm debit card but ……..
please take action to ubl staff city branch .and i want my atm debit car with in 24 hour .
