UBL / Credit card recovery on customer’s death

I am the widow of the customer who had a UBL credit card,after almost 3 years a get a call on my husband cell asking me for payment. when I told them he has passed away so obviously this has been waived and it is not such a big amount . Before my husband death he had been jobless for almost 4 years as a result of which this payment could not be made and the card was not being used by him due to lack of funds.

After his death now I am getting calls that I should pay on my husband’s behalf. The card was his alone independently so why does UBL want me to pay that too when he customer has passed away. I am a housewife and have my motherinlaw with me we are already so disturbed and then this agony of getting recovery calls. Can someone please help on this as UBL recovery officers are ruthless people who do not know how to speak to women and think they are weak so they pressureise us especailyy now that I am a widow.
