I applied for a new (Mukammal Current Account) but the representative asked me to update finger prints from NADRA, while i applied for NADRA i was astonished that my finger prints were okay but the machine of UBL was out of order or the representative ignored me. After laps of 1-month i visited UBL OKara main Branch Depalpur Road Okara where same representative informed me that now the said account could not be opened. However many other clients are using the said accounts as well.
