On 14 June 2017 I received text mess on my cell at 11.39pm transaction if 20000 in my account. Then at 11.40pm again amount of 20000
And at 11.41 amount of rs 10000
I called to Ubl coustmer service to query about these transactions b cos I was at home and my ATM card was in my pocket.I discussed the details and they blocked the card.on 15june I visited my concern branch Ubl khyam chawk Sargodha and they filled dispute form and sent to concern authorities. After some days I asked customers service for status and they said that dispute form is not uploaded till yet. And they again register complaint for solution. Complaint no 30061702462 dated 30 june 2017.and they rejected the complaint.now they r not Cooper ating with me.I m suffering from financial loss as well as mental torcher given by Ubl to me. Kindly rectify this matter as immediate.becos I m so voncious for tht
