I had deposit 50% of my annual premium to EFU through banca but on the arrival date of 2nd premium Bank refuse to debit my account for second trench of premium.
I asked them several times but the staff and BM of I/9 Branch always replied in a baffling way.
plz help me in this context otherwise I request them to plz return my previously deposited 50% amount.
