ubl omni is a very bad service. I have send money but they do not send the SMS. Their customer team tries to be supportive but don’t know any thing about refund , I have called them 4 times today to give me my refund, or send the sms for the sending code. I have not gotten my refund. Please correct your service, and refund the money on time or close your service. Bad service.
same thing has happened with me now. I also haven’t received the code. what to do? I am outside Pakistan. what is wrong with ubl?
