my ubl omni account (03473638892) is blocked because of not using it for long period so i called call center for activation a lady said that my date of birth in your record is not according to CNIC. so she asked me to wait 24 hours for resolution. now after more that 36 hours i have called again, but still no progress at all. pathetic call center services, they are not even giving me complaint number to track. i want my ubl onmi to be activated very urgently. my correct date of birth is 6th july 1987. you can also verify this from nadra record.
