UBL Omni / Omni Outlet charging additional processing fee

Hi Team

I have recently purchased 8 Railway tickets on 2 different transactions via the new E-Ticketing service

Transaction Order: 204152
Transaction Order: 210430

I made payment via the UBL Omni Dukaan payment mode. The UBL Omin agent has charged me an additional Rs. 100 on each transaction and said this is not shown on the website and is mandatory to pay. he didnt gave me any receipt of this additional charge as well

Kindly look into this matter and take any action if this is required.

I am very pleased with the new E-Ticketing service but had a bitter expericne with payments at a UBL Omni Outlet
