Sir,
i have been to ubl davis road branch lahore on Thursday 28/122017 afternoon for a cash withdrawal of cheque from one of my client for the amount of 10000/- rs so i wait for my turn about 10 min then i give this chq to teller & she asked me to give me a copy of id card i said her i haven’t got a copy u can do a copy if u want so i have given her my id card she said u can get a copy from out side by your self i said i cannot go out to do a copy if its your bank requirement then u have sufficient facility in your branch then she said u can talk to branch manager so when i try to spoke to branch manager she didn’t bothered to listen to me instead of resolving my issue she call a member of staff to show me the terms & policy of withdrawal of cheque which shows that u need a copy of id card it was so embarrassing
instead of being polite & helpful with customers they are laughing at me even though i pin point that cash counter lady why you laughing at me she tried to be over smart & said no i m not laughing at you.
its not a compliant but at least they are educated people & representative of Pakistan best banking organization if their copier machine is out of order they have an alternate,so please advised that branch to great the people in welcome way not like our government sector department unfortunately.
