Since last year July I have been trying to reactivate a dormant account with ubl. I have filled in all the necessary documents and have forwarded it to them on many occasions through ubl bank in England. Furthermore, I have personally visited the bank in Pakistan and have e-mailed on several occasions regarding this matter. I have pretty much exhausted every avenue needed to get my account reactivated. This has also included letters to the main branch in Karachi and phone calls to customer service mounting to over twenty times. This is a joint pounds account either to operate. The ubl bank in England has also become extremely tired with trying to activate the account.
I would really appreciate a swift response and action so that my account can be reactivated asap.

  1. Ubl is the worst service incompetent idiots, never open bank account with the UBl BIG Theiefs no body wants to work give hard time to the customers.
    It has been three months to reactivate my dormant account no one is helping me branch officer to customer service and from customer service to each and every one in the bank is judge supervisor and laier . Use delaying techniques give hard time and never seen any worst service in my life for any Bank.
    It is requested whoever see this post close your account with the UBL pakistan. with thanks and regards
