I have visited many times UBL dedicated branck for couple of months back and could not get the rights updates/status of my request.. Its been ridiculous to talk to the staff and when i was refered to the branch manager she was like misbehaving.. This happened to mw on calls as well.. They are damn stuck with some policy stuff of mine and kinda pretending that they are Working on my request.. and staff in that branch misbehavunf everytime i guess no ethics there…
