I requested a loan but no amount received however i received a text message that amount transferred so i checked in my bank. There was no amount received in my bank so i request in chat option for the same reason but no action immediately i sent email to complain department email address mentioned in application but again no action and this was my routine practice to follow up with udhar paisa team either via chat support or emai. I already send them my bank statement so many times and i got confirmation through email that my complain in processing. Now the due date is over and I m receiving reminder calls and msgs, so I again sent email yesterday but im not sure that what will happen next? How can i get myself out of any trouble.
