Dear sir
On 25th September 2018, I forgot to recharge Ufone Super Card and therefore lost my previous balance resources, I am your customer since long and using super card with punctuality every month before expiry date many years.
Although I contact your help line and request to restore my previous balance after recharge new Super Card but they refused to do so and tell me this is not possible and explain that I am not lie in this criteria.
Kindly look into the matter and my loyality with Ufone.

      رات 12 بجے تک یوفون سوپر کارڈ ایکسپائر ھونے کا وقت تھا اور میں نیا کارڈ ڈالنا بھول گیا 3 کھنٹے بعد ڈالا نیا کارڈ کیا کیا پرانی رقم واپس آ سکتی ھے

    I m using UFone connection since 2010/12,
    Now I forgot to recharge a super card & my balance minutes and date expired, kindly give me a reconnect time to add my previous balance into new super card balance….

    Failed to load my supercars plus , I sincerely recharge supercard every month but this time due too emergency I forgot can u please restore my minutes sending msg so I could recharge my card.
