I am Ufone 03332199047 holder was unable to recharge my super card on August 10, 2021 due to some extra burdens and residing in a remotest area, as result, I lost my previous balance resources. I am a longer customer and use Ufone from 2003. I also contacted to helpline but the representative refused to extend any help in this regards.

Therefore, I am making a humble request to kindly restore my previous resources and its first time during this long association. I am confident that my request will be treated positively from concerned authorities.

  1. i have ordered for two pairs of knee pads and the amount was paid for two pairs but I received only one pair.
    i have put my complaints many times but on behalf of Daraz team there is no reaction. i am very dissatisfied with Daraz , it was my first experience wit Daraz but it was so bad.
