Dear Madam/Sir,
I am ENT Specialist &Surgeon I have lots of patients of ENT disease after clinic timing I have talk To patients on SMSon SMS suddenly your good company stopped my out going SMS service on EId ul Fiter on dated 16 th June. I was talk to Ufone help line and inform about the stopping SMS service then he replied that sir please visit on our nearest Ufone franchise I was reached and inform about complain then he give me PTA complain form and said about complain on 100 Rs. stamp paper I made complain on 100 rs. Stamp paper and sent It to email on [email protected] after 48 hours of email my SMS service is still not reopen I am facing manny difficulties. Once again is my humble request please reopen my SMS service I will be highly appreciated.
