ufone ENDLESS cheating practice?
I want to drawn attention of PTA head and Ufone management why you ufone now started to charge notification charges which is Re 0.08 which is minor amount and no importance, but when this minor amount charged upto 2 Million consumers than how much extra income UFONE generate does not knew by PTA.
I must question from ufone which power or authority you now charging notification charges from ufone consumers and got special power to exercise and PTA remain silent observer.
I had complain ufone & PTA many times but it is my experience that ufone remain silent and speechless which is the negative policy adopted by ufone, does ufone can do un-authorize deductions than PTA never question than guide which authority will protect the interest of cellphone users.
Ufone do not proof that U is clever and all rest of your consumers are foolish? I have no idea whose backing and encourage ufone doing wrong practice for deduction under the head of notification which I never activate and why ufone doing this?
If ufone target 2 Million consumers how much extra income generates
Per days RS. 160,000
Per Week 1,120,000
Monthly 4,800,000
Who will take notice if PTA is silent observer ? Shame on Ufone for deducting amount by un-authorize way, ever ufone give credit balance of Rs.100 to your consumers without get balance from easy load?
