Dear Sir/ Madam.

I am one of the users of Ufone network since 2005, and never faced such a situation regarding dropping singles, voice distortion, and poor coverage etc.
With great sorrow & grief I would like to inform you that I am facing all these problem in my town “Rehman city phase 4 saggyan bypass Lahore”, here I have no doubt to say due these faults issues I don’t have any contact with my family and I can’t talk with my mother on her cell phone and that’s all because of negligence of Ufone and I bear inconvenience and mental stress, which force me to launch my complaint to you under the most unfortunate circumstances for which, Ufone solely hold the responsibility.
I am worried about what has happened to Ufone, day by day your services are declining, which is a obviously a big question mark for you.
Being a potential customer Ufone considered me as a priority customer and designated me a customer relation manager for day to day issues, one thing more which I like to mention here that our entire Town using Ufone mobile services and almost 475 Ufone subscribers in my town. also my family using ufone network living in different part of the country, and particularly 5 Ufone Users (Active connections) in my home, and they all are blaming me to for recommending Ufone, and forcing me to switch over to some other network i.e mobilink, telenor etc, and i am thinking over it very seriously, and here i want to remind you that I will not be the only person who changed the network; my entire town will switched over to other network and it will be a bad news for Ufone and good news for other operators.
I am facing a low single and poor coverage problem on the Top floor and on “ground floor there are no coverage” of my home and will assure you that this problem exist everywhere in Rehman city phase 4 near water land park. Ufone about this issue, almost 5-6 complaints has been registered but no fruitful results, and every time I contact Ufone customer services on 333 for the follow-up of the said complaint, they said that there is no complaint registered from your side for this particular issue and always said that we will note your complaint manually and will give you feedback very soon and this soon never comes, and they never ever provide me the complaint number.
I am registering this complaint directly to you and I hope after that some fruitful results will come and you will use your discretionally powers for resolving the signal coverage problem in Rehman city phase 4 saggyan bypass pull Lahore., and if Ufone didn’t over this issue within a week time then defiantly I will use my assertive rights to choose the better network for me and my entire family. I am also sending written complaint to Chairman PTA and other concerning authorities to check and investigate this matter.
I am thoroughly exasperated at the manner of your case handling. I hope you being a responsible official of this organisation can understand my situation, and will take serious action against this issue and will definitely ask customer care services why this complaint not registered and takes such a long time to resolve.
I sincerely hope that Ufone believes in strong customer relationship and will consider my complaint on priority basis and will reply positively.
