Dear Sir,
I have sent so many requests to UBL HO Karachi and respective branch offices regarding my 2 accounts which are dormant and each time they send me an auto reply and when I call they make excuses. One of my account is dormant since 3 years and I have been trying to activate this over the last 2 and half years but no luck and the other account I have not received my cheque book and ATM card and is not active. I am not allowed to make transactions. I am very much frustrated and they are playing games and making excuses. Please can you look into this matter and assist me.
