Dear Sir,
It is stated that I am account holder of M/s United Bank Limited and using a valid ATM card No 5403 7519 2600 3526 . The said ATM card was not inserting in any ATM machine due to unknown reason and for the matter, I properly submitted my complaint to UBL Management at 02/04/2018. In response to my email, the management asked me to hold for seven working days for updation or restoration of any suspended status of my account.
It is stated that uptil now, my card is not working which is very inconvenience to me. You are requested to issue guidance to relevant authority to reactive my card for my convenience.
