Dear Sir,
Recently “dated: 16-Nov-2023” I have purchased 3 shirts Rs.10072 from uniworthshop Saddar Rawalpindi, but these shirts are defective or minor faults. I was trying to replace or exchange these shirts but uniworth customer manager denied however these shirts are useless.
I have a simple question from Uniworth Management why they they are saling defective items if they are not exchanging. You are requesting to take approriate action.
